About the owner
Rich and his wife met 28 years ago on a bicycle tour through Ohio called GOBA. They married two years later and have five children and two grandchildren. When Rich worked with his brother's construction company, he realized that his true passion is building, remodeling, and problem solving issues that came up in the houses they worked. Now he uses that passion to be sure that new and veteran home owners know everything they need to about their new home investment.
When Rich is not inspecting houses you can find him working on their 100+ year old home, spending time with his family, volunteering at church, or watching racing and Jay Leno's Garage on YouTube. He also loves cheering on his favorite football team - The Ohio State Buckeyes - every fall.

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and -- yes -- different pricing.
